The Senior Citizens Council just completed a successful Charity Ride, and we are keeping the donation window open until July 31. Your contribution will go to Must Ministries or Cobb Senior Services to help fight Senior food insecurity.
We are a 100% volunteer non-profit senior advocacy group that is run

for seniors. We have very few sponsors, so we really count on donations of any amount. Your donation or sponsorship certainly matters. Thank you.

Any individual who must take a Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) from his/her retirement accounts each year can designate part of that RMD for charitable purposes. The donor could possibly receive a tax benefit when Federal taxes are filed since the amount of QCDs made during a year are deducted from the
gross amount of RMDs which reduces the taxable amount of RMD's reportable on tax filings.OR:A Corporate Matching Gift is a type of philanthropy in which companies financially match donations their employees and retirees make to eligible nonprofit organizations, most often dollar for dollar. As an example, a $100 donation to the SCC may be eligible to be matched by your employer, literally doubling the donation for a total of $200Check with your Financial Advisor on these types of donations.-- Thank you for your donation,
